- 1/2 bag of baby red potatoes
- 1/2 tablespoon dried rosemary
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons EVOO
- 1/4 tsp salt pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Slice each potato in half. Mix all ingredients together. Be sure to pinch the rosemary in the palm of your hands to release flavor before adding to the rest of the ingredients. Give everything a toss together and spread the love. Line a cookie sheet with foil. Bake 15 min and then toss. Bake another 10 min.
