- 1 1/2 lbs swordfish steaks approx. 1” thick
- 1/8 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 large lemon juiced
- 1/4 tsp lemon rind from squeezed lemon
- 1/8 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to broil on high heat.
Put all your ingredients in a bowl. Put the swordfish in the bowl and marinade 1-24 hours. Mix well.
Take a cookie sheet and line with foil. Spray with Pam cooking spray.
Broil the fish on high for 6 minutes. Change to bake 350 degrees and bake for 4-5 minutes.
